Absolutely agree that AGs (particularly under 50) are absolute nonsense. I get why IM uses them to keep people coming back and fair enough if people value their AG awards, but when Lionel is 90m up the road from me I’m totally fine admitting to myself that I’m pretty shit.

No, it should increase the numbers because women were being penalized before for there being fewer of them. The handicap/age-grading should reward some of the top women over some of the middle of the pack men
