I really enjoyed this article, thanks! 🙂 I was lucky enough to race in Nice and it was awesome, still can’t hold a candle to Ironman Wales 🏴 but then I am biased as a Brit 😅 The thing that stood out for me was the male only nature of the race, I didn’t realise how much I enjoy the fact that all other Tri’s are mixed up with all categories racing together. I found it really weird only racing with guys, wasn’t expecting that to be such a profound realisation and it made it feel like there was something missing!
Ah, yeah, it's interesting. Like, for sure, it's a nice addition to have everyone together & I like seeing ALL my friends in one place, but having men in there also so deeply changes the women's race -- it's tough, like you never even realize until that effect is missing.

I was dying when I saw the reel of the men’s press conference when Leon had the DARE shirt on! I was like where did he get that! 😂
