For our first interview on the podcast we chat with the new USA Triathlon CEO, Vic Brumfield—the first woman to hold the title in USAT’s history.

Vic tells us about her background, how she got into triathlon when she helped create the first New York City Triathlon as part of New York’s 2012 Olympic bid, why New York is actually great for triathlon training, and how all her experience at Lifetime, Virgin Sports, and getting her MBA at NYU has prepared her perfectly for her new role.

Then, she tells us about her vision for triathlon and USAT, and why the focus is on growth, youth, and LA2028.
